Ayuvya provides information and healthcare-navigation support. It does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions, emergency services or a substitute for consultation with a qualified healthcare professional.
3. Emergency situations
Do not use Ayuvya for an emergency. Contact local emergency services or attend the nearest appropriate emergency facility immediately.
4. User responsibilities
- Provide information you are authorised to share and, to the best of your knowledge, keep it accurate.
- Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access or interfere with its operation.
- Independently verify provider availability, fees, credentials, scheme eligibility and treatment decisions.
5. AI-assisted information
Some outputs may be generated or organised with artificial intelligence. AI can be incomplete or incorrect. Important decisions must be checked with qualified professionals and relevant providers.
6. Third-party information
Hospital, doctor, insurance, scheme and other third-party information may change. Ayuvya does not guarantee availability, acceptance, pricing, outcomes or the accuracy of third-party statements.
7. Intellectual property
Ayuvya branding, content and service design are owned by or licensed to Amitra Healthcare Services Pvt. Ltd. They may not be copied or commercially reused without permission.
8. Availability and changes
The preview and future service may be changed, suspended or withdrawn. Features described as “coming soon” are not guaranteed until released.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Ayuvya is provided on an “as available” basis. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
